Alterations: Jo's Ian Stuart wedding dress 'Florence' was altered to fit, being the wrong size when bought.

Bolero: Jo's wedding dress came with a matching stole which was used to make a bolero. See next pic for more details.

Bridesmaids: Jo commissioned two bridesmaids dresses, one adult and one child. Jo also bought extra fabric which was sent to Spain to be made up for the third bridesmaid who lived there.

Jo's dress actually cost £115 to alter as the nature of it's construction meant it had to be taken in by removing and then replacing the zip and all the buttons at centre back. Most dresses can be altered on the side seams which is quicker and therefore costs less.

Bolero for Jo Wain

Jo's bolero was made in a simple shape but with pointed short sleeves and contrast lapels to add interest. The neckline was highlighted with hand sewn Swarovski crystals. Jo's dress was made with ivory and dusky rose taffeta and came with a matching stole which we used to make the bolero so it matched perfectly.

Bridesmaids for Jo Wain

Susie wore a simple princess-line dress, strapless with a long a-line skirt. The main dress was made from taupe coloured polyester satin with a gathered sash in coffee chiffon. The sash was gathered to one side and highlighted with hand sewn Swarovski crystals.

Susie's daughter Libby wore a dress to match her mummy. The sleeveless bodice with round neckline featured the same chiffon sash above a fuller skirt over netting so Libby really felt like a princess. Both dresses fastened with a zip at centre back. Guide Prices:
