Waterfall bolero for Jackie Pipe

Jackie commissioned me to design and make her a bolero to wear with the dress she had found for her daughter's wedding. The bolero was made with a waterfall collar and shaped cuffs on three quarter length sleeves. The bolero was fully lined and all the frills were edged with self bias-binding for a neat finish.
